- Reservation & Payment
- All reservations are made through this system.
- Choose Package (credit deduction) or Drop-in (pay per session).
- A reservation is valid once payment is verified.
- Cancellation & No-show
- Cancellations must follow the rules in the system.
- No-show = session counted as used.
- Payments are non-refundable (except in case of system error).
- During Class
- Arrive on time.
- Follow the instructor’s guidance.
- Wear proper attire & equipment for safety.
- Organizer
- May change schedule/instructor/class capacity if needed.
- May reject/cancel reservations if rules are violated.
- Responsibility
- We are not liable for injury or loss due to your negligence.
- Technical issues or force majeure may affect the service.
